Terms and Conditions for Photography Shoot Session Services
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 A booking fee is required to secure your photography session with BloomStarts Photography.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the photoshoot.
1.3 Payments can be made via the methods specified by BloomStarts Photography.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
2.1 Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
2.2 Clients may reschedule a session without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice.
3. Session Duration:
3.1 The standard session duration is 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2 Additional time beyond the agreed session duration may incur an additional fee.
4. Location and Travel:
4.1 Clients are responsible for any travel or location fees associated with the chosen photoshoot location.
4.2 BloomStars Photography reserves the right to charge additional fees for travel to locations outside a specified radius.
5. Client Cooperation:
5.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for the scheduled session.
5.2 Cooperation and communication are essential for a successful photoshoot. Clients are encouraged to share their preferences and any specific shots they have in mind during the pre-session consultation.
6. Wardrobe and Props:
6.1 Clients are responsible for their wardrobe unless wardrobe styling services are explicitly included in the agreed-upon package.
6.2 Clients are encouraged to bring props or personal items to enhance the personalization of the photoshoot.
7. Image Delivery:
7.1 Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within a specified timeframe (usually within 3-14 days).
7.2 The number of images delivered will depend on the package selected by the client.
8. Rights and Usage:
8.1 The client(s) understand(s) and agree(s) that BloomStarts Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the event/session.
8.2 The client(s) have the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the images for personal use only.
8.3 Commercial use, publication, or any form of alteration without the written consent of BloomStarts Photography is strictly prohibited.
9. Print Release:
9.1 The client(s) hereby grant BloomStarts Photography permission to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the photographs for promotional purposes.
9.2 The client(s) have the right to obtain prints of the images from any lab of their choosing.
9.3 BloomStarts Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints or products not ordered directly through the photographer or a recommended professional printing service.
10. Liability:
10.1 BloomStarts Photography is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss incurred by the client(s) while using or displaying the prints or digital files.
By booking a session with BloomStarts Photography, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. BloomStars Photography reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
Optional and Rare Request - Order of RAW Images:
Clients of BloomStarts Photography have the option to request the purchase of RAW (Original and Unedited) images from their photography session. This option is considered rare and is subject to the following terms:
Availability:
The option to purchase RAW images is subject to the discretion of BloomStarts Photography.
Availability may vary based on the specific circumstances of the photoshoot.
Request Process:
Clients must make a formal request for the purchase of RAW images.
Requests should be submitted in writing to BloomStarts Photography, specifying the desired number of RAW images.
Pricing:
The cost for each RAW image is set at $200.
Approval and Payment:
BloomStarts Photography will review and approve each request on a case-by-case basis.
Upon approval, clients must make the payment of $200 per RAW image before the images are released.
Delivery:
Once payment is received, the RAW images will be made available to the client.
Delivery will be facilitated through a secure and agreed-upon method.
Usage Rights:
Clients understand that the purchase of RAW images grants them personal usage rights only.
Commercial use, distribution, or alteration of RAW images without the written consent of BloomStarts Photography is strictly prohibited.
Quality Disclaimer:
Clients acknowledge that RAW images are unedited and may require professional expertise to achieve the desired final result.
BloomStarts Photography is not responsible for the quality or outcomes resulting from the client's handling or editing of RAW images.
Non-Refundable:
Payments made for the purchase of RAW images are non-refundable.
By making a request for the purchase of RAW images, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by BloomStarts Photography (BloomStarts LLC). BloomStarts Photography reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
